Thème : histoiry and heritage. I invite you to discover the charm of a river that transports you. This river (Dalmanio Fluvius) has escaped projects of drying up, channeling,... but it has remained itself, discreet, secret, generous, with its glories but also its wars. It is this "cute" water that springs, sculpts, meanders, confluences and sings that I wish to introduce you. Some species encountered: elegant agrion, calopteryx, gerris, "crayfish"? ...
Organisation of this walk - meeting from 09 H 15 to 09 H 30.
The meeting point (here) : 9.30 am at N°3 main street 02490 Trefcon. Duration of the outing : 2 H 30 (pedestrian nature outing commented by your guide).

I welcome you to the theatre of greenery. Some surprise guests, like the breastplate blackbird and thirty other species already listed, will constitute the orchestra. Fort Caraby, the Hardines,
and the marshes of Halles are all witnesses who attest that you are well within the territory of springs. Then, it is at the step of the drafts horses, in the old days, present along the canal of
the Somme that we will evoke the history of the inland watter shipping.
We will disembark on the English boulevard, highly symbolic, before joining the Museum of Mentalities (historial of the great war).
The meeting point (here) : 13:45 to 14:00 pm at the carpark, rue de la résistance at Péronne 80200.
Species met : the Pètasite, and for a few privileged: the corncrake,the
white-rumped sandpiper Duration 3 H 30 (hiking = 9 km).
